Circle of Life Home Care is a home health care initiative offering personal care health services in the ten county area of northwestern New Mexico. We are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to Native American populations throughout our area of service, both on and off the Reservations. Our services are specifically designed to enhance the health and well-being of Native American individuals by fostering culturally appropriate or competent approaches that improve health care delivery. Circle of Life Home Care addresses the unique cultural, ethnic and linguistic needs of the client to ensure the best possible access to health care. With focused sensitivity to cultural and language barriers, economic and health beliefs, our goal is to improve the health status of Native Americans who experience an unusual high rate of preventable acute and chronic illnesses.
We offer a team of skilled professionals who oversee and participate in these services. Our team includes Client Coordinators and Personal Care Attendants, who understand Native American culture and beliefs. We strive to steward a sense of servant leadership (a practical philosophy in which people choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding service to others) with each of our team members. We place a high value on treating others with respect and dignity.
